 intended for children ages 6 to 9. Children 5 and under may attend with a 
 caregiver. Please register every member of your group who plans to stay in
  the room. Drop-ins welcome!</p>\n<h5>About the Author</h5>\n<p>Dr. Kari-L
 ynn Winters is an award-winning Canadian children's author\, poet\, playwr
 ight\, performer\, and academic scholar. She has written over 40 books and
  garnered multiple awards and nominations\, including Ontario Library Asso
 ciation's Rainforest of Reading Readers' Choice Award for <em>Bad Pirate</
 em>. She's a professor at Brock University's Faculty of Education\, where 
 she teaches literacy and the arts to teacher candidates.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>Ex
