 signs to add a custom look to a Trick-or-Treat Bag. All supplies provided.
  Limited to 12 participants.</p>\n<p>This&nbsp\;program&nbsp\;was designed
  for 7th grade and up\, but younger children may attend if an adult/guardi
 an/caregiver is present to assist them throughout the&nbsp\;program. Each 
 child in sixth grade or younger attending the&nbsp\;program&nbsp\;must be 
 directly supervised and assisted by a responsible caregiver while in the S
 tudio. Most ACPL&nbsp\;programs&nbsp\;welcome guests\, however the Studio&
 nbsp\;programs can only accommodate registered patrons and their supervisi
 ng caregivers. &nbsp\;</p>\n<p>Space is limited: register in advance to re
 serve your spot and receive reminders.&nbsp\;Registration will guarantee y
