At this workshop we will discuss preliminar y steps and tasks that will prepare you to make choices in selecting the m ost promising career destinations for you. We will present a checklist of filters that can narrow your boundaries. We will show a diagram of career assets that may jolt you into realizing you know more than you think you d o. We will also discuss job boards and ways to reach out to create opportu nities. In addition to resumes\, we will share supplemental communication resources that will aid in navigating conversations. We will help sort thr ough the dilemmas of resume decisions and share insights and techniques th at will improve your chances of successful job searching. Plan to add your own ideas and ask questions as we work through issues. As usual\, we will adjust our topic to the interests of attendees.
