 al\; rather\, it is a celebration that occurs simultaneously across the gl
 obe\, bringing great films to great venues and allowing the audiences to s
 elect their favorites. Over 100\,000 film lovers in over 500 cities across
  six continents gather in Cinemas\, Museums\, Libraries and Universities f
 or one purpose...to view and vote on the Finalists' Films in the 29th Annu
 al MANHATTAN SHORT Film Festival.</p>\n<p>You Be the Judge! Not only do MA
 NHATTAN SHORT film goers get the chance to watch the cream of the year&rsq
 uo\;s international short films\, every audience member also plays an inte
 gral part in deciding the winner. By casting their vote for their favorite
  film and actor\, it is our worldwide audience that determines the ultimat
 e victor.</p>\n<p><strong>We will watch 10 short films and take a 10-minut
 e intermission mid-way through.</strong> Finalists are still pending\, che
 ck back for updates as our event nears!</p>\n<p><strong>Registration is no
 t required\, but attendees can register to receive a reminder for the prog
 ram. Maximum attendance is contingent on program capacity. All attendees m
 ust be 18+.&nbsp\;</strong></p>\n<p><span style="color: #ff0000\;"><em><st
 rong>Photographs taken during library events may be used for Clearview Lib
 rary District publicity. If you would like to opt out\, please let the pho
