 rong></p>\n<p>The Microsoft Imagine Academy Virtual Instructional Program 
 (MIAVIP) features virtual classes taught in the following Microsoft Office
  365 applications: Word Associate\, Word Expert\, Excel Associate\, Excel 
 Expert\, and PowerPoint Associate.</p>\n<p>Classes will be taught virtuall
 y on ZOOM by professional Instructors. Three to six months of prior instru
 ction or work experience in the application(s) of choice is preferred. The
 se are not beginner courses.</p>\n<p style="padding-left: 30px\;"><span st
 yle="background-color: #ffff00\;"><strong>NOTE</strong></span>: <strong>On
 ly</strong> Windows Desktop or laptop computers are compatible for the vir
 tual instruction\, the GMetrix platform\, and the MOS Exam environments.</
 p>\n<p style="padding-left: 30px\;"><span style="background-color: #ffff00
 \;"><strong>NOTE</strong></span>: Cell phones\, iPads\, tablets\, and Chro
 mebooks are <strong>not</strong> compatible environments for virtual instr
 uction\, for GMetrix\, or for taking the MOS Exam.</p>\n<p>Each virtual cl
 ass is conducted for 2.5 hrs.\, twice a week\, for 6 weeks\, from Monday\,
  August 10 &ndash\; Friday\, September 18\, 2026.&nbsp\; You may register 
 for two courses if they do not occur on the same two days: Monday/Wednesda
 y and Tuesday/Thursday.</p>\n<p><strong>The Registration Period for this 6
 -week MIAVIP cycle is from July 20 - 27\, 2026:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Wh
 en you register\, you will initially receive a Constant Contact confirmati
 on email (<em>please check your Spam folder if you do not see it in your I
 nbox</em>).&nbsp\;</li>\n<li>After the initial confirmation email\, you wi
 ll receive an email invitation to remotely take a digital assessment on We
 dnesday\, July 29\, 6:00 &ndash\; 7:00pm in the application(s) for which y
 ou registered.&nbsp\;</li>\n<li>Afterwards\, you will receive an invitatio
 n to a one-hour\, virtual&nbsp\;Orientation\, scheduled on Monday\, August
  3\, 2026\, 6:30 &ndash\; 7:30pm\, which is&nbsp\;required.&nbsp\;</li>\n<
 li>After the Orientation\, you will receive further instructions and a lin
 k from your Instructor(s) to engage their virtual class session(s) (<em>ag
 ain\, please check your Spam folder for these upcoming communications</em>
 ).&nbsp\;</li>\n<li>Your class link should not be shared but is for your e
 xclusive engagement of the class(es) for which you are registered.</li>\n<
 li>Your attendance in 10 out of 12 virtual sessions will qualify you to ta
 ke the MOS Exam.</li>\n<li>MOS Exams will be remotely administered twice d
 uring the 6-week period on Certiport's Exams from Home platform.</li>\n</u
