  Treat from 6-7:30 pm on Saturday\, Oct. 17 at the Newport Branch.</p>\n<p
 >Trick or treat from your car or walk through different stations to collec
 t candy\, books and prizes! Library staff will be dressed up as our favori
 te characters and creatures. This trick-or-treating event is for children\
 , teens and adults of all ages. Halloween fun does not have to stop just b
 ecause you grow up! We will even have a fun surprise for our adults!</p>\n
 <p>Trick-or-treaters need to be in attendance to receive their treats. If 
 you do not drive\, it is okay to walk\, just be mindful of traffic.</p>\n<
 p>We look forward to seeing you all for some spooky fun at the Newport Bra
