 \n<p><strong>Krista Soukup</strong> is a literary marketing consultant and
  owner of Blue Cottage Agency. She has a passion for helping writers and a
 uthors successfully promote their work and establish their platform. Throu
 gh her expert guidance\, knowledge of the publishing industry and vast exp
 erience\, she has successfully supported writers and authors across the co
 untry and Europe. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Admin
 istration and Marketing and has over 25 years of experience in sales\, pro
 motions\, and marketing.</p>\n<p><strong></strong></p>\n<p><strong>Joyce S
 weeney</strong> (pronouns: They\, Them\, Their)</p>\n<p>Joyce Sweeney is a
 n author and Director of Kidlit for The Seymour Agency.&nbsp\;They have wr
 itten fourteen young adult novels\, many of which have won awards. They ar
 e also the author of two chapbooks of poetry. Most recently\,they have bee
 n writing historical novels.</p>\n<p>Joyce was a creative writing teacher\
 , mentor and coach for over 25 years. They also published a plotting how-t
 o book\, PLOTTING YOUR NOVEL WITH THE PLOT CLOCK. (Giantess Press\, 2019) 
 At this writing\, they have successfully mentored 89 authors to traditiona
 l publishing contracts.</p>\n<p>In 2020 they joined The Seymour agency\, a
 nd represent picture books\, middle grades and young adult novels. In 2023
  they were promoted to Director of Kidlit for the agency.&nbsp\;Their hobb
 ies are astrology\, collecting illustration art\, and animal causes of all
  kinds. They live in Coral Springs with their husband\, Jay\, and two gian
