 spiration from Gov. Winthrop Rockefeller&rsquo\;s words: <strong>"Every ci
 tizen has the duty to be informed\, to be thoughtfully concerned\, and to 
 participate in the search for solutions."</strong> We hope these books spa
 rk reflection\, conversation\, and action.</p>\n<p>Select a book to read f
 rom the <strong><a href="https://rockefellerinstitute.org/blog/2026-democr
 acy-reading-challenge/#list" title="2026 list">2026 recommended reading li
 st</a></strong>. You can also see the list in <a href="https://catalog.fay

 ked by Arkansas librarians. The books are nonpartisan\, chosen to deepen o
