 scuss ways to make their work marketable\, whether it is to agents\, publi
 shers or readers. Writers will practice talking about their work succinctl
 y. The discussion will be moderated by a writer who has&nbsp\;gone through
  the publishing process in the genre. This session will also allow writers
  to meet make connections with other writers.</p>\n<h5>About the Moderator
 s</h5>\n<p>Kristin L. Gray writes picture books and novels for children in
 cluding:&nbsp\;<em>The Amelia Six: an Amelia Earhart Mystery</em>\, an Ama
 zon editors&rsquo\; pick\, William Allen White Award nominee\, and Junior 
 Library Guild selection\; and the forthcoming polar whodunit&nbsp\;<em>Mur
 der at Penguin Ranch</em>. A retired nurse and student pilot\, Kristin ado
 res science\, aviation\, and stories with ghosts. She calls Fayetteville h
 ome and is rarely seen without her library card and most favorite book\, h
 er passport.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>Kate Hart is the author of&nbsp\;<em>After the
  Fall</em>\, a young adult novel chosen by the Arkansas Center for the Boo
 k as a 2017 Arkansas Gem. Her writing has been featured in a number of ant
 hologies\, including <em>Legendary Frybread Drive-In</em>\, winner of the 
 2026 Michael L. Printz Award for Excellence in Young Adult Literature\, th
 e Odyssey Honor Award for Excellence in Audiobook Production\, &amp\; the 
 American Indian Youth Literature Award for Best Young Adult Book. In her m
 any lives\, Kate has also served as a teacher and grant writer and pursues
  creatives ventures as a beadwork artist and co-owner of Natural State Tre
 ehouses.</p>\n<hr />\n<p>This session is part of our <a href="https://www.
