Working with their peers\, writers will di scuss ways to make their work marketable\, whether it is to agents\, publi shers or readers. Writers will practice talking about their work succinctl y. The discussion will be moderated by a writer who has \;gone through the publishing process in the genre. This session will also allow writers to meet make connections with other writers.
\nCindy Quayle is the author of the Claire O&rsquo\;Keefe Mystery series\, cozy whodunits set in a variety of ocean and sea scuba diving des tinations. After years of teaching students\, Cindy took the plunge into f iction with her debut novel\, Death on Cozumel Island\, inspired by a fami ly scuba diving vacation to Cozumel. When she's not writing\, Cindy teache s ESL part time and is a co-owner of a Next Day Access franchise serving N orthwest Arkansas and the Little Rock area\, helping individuals create sa fer\, more accessible homes. She also draws inspiration from her love of t ravel and the underwater world. An avid scuba diver\, she enjoys exploring new dive sites and weaving the sights\, culture\, and atmosphere of each location into her stories. Cindy enjoys connecting with readers and is act ive on social media\, where she shares updates on her writing life\, trave l adventures\, accessibility advocacy\, and upcoming Claire O&rsquo\;Keefe mysteries.
