Donate your new or gently used c hildren's Halloween costumes\, accessories\, and dress-up items for our fr ee kids Halloween Costume Swap. Donations will be accepted beginning Septe mber 1. Drop off your items at the first floor desk during regular library hours. Please ensure all donated costumes are clean\, complete\, and in g ood condition.
