Langs Outrea ch Services is a multidisciplinary team providing comprehensive suppor t to individuals experiencing homelessness. Through relationship-based out reach\, the team assists people \;by connecting them to primary care\, substance use and addiction treatment\, counselling\, system navigation\, peer support and other community resources. Our approach focuses on meeti ng people where they are at and helping them navigate a path toward improv ed health and stability. Community members can connect with a Langs Outrea ch worker at Cambridge Public Library\, Queen's Square (1 North Square\, C ambridge) every Thursday from 4:00 pm &ndash\; 6:00 pm. \;

rs\, Langs has worked alongside residents\, partners\, and local organizat
ions to address social determinants of health and improve community well-b
eing through integrated health\, social\, and community programs.
