 er with works of ekphrasis and biography responding to the art and life of
  the Polish sculptor Alina Szapocznikow&mdash\;who would have turned 100 t
 his year\, on 16 May\, 2026. From her visceral plastic and marble figures\
 , functional lip lamps and soft furnishings to the epistolary expressions 
 of her personal letters\, the poems of <em>Delivery</em> seek to honour an
 d retain the humour\, ambiguities and fierce intelligence of Szapocznikow&
 rsquo\;s artworks and traces of her voice\, while forging something new in
  the space and form of poetic language.</p>\n<p><strong>Jo will be in conv
 ersation with Maria Takolander.</strong><em></em></p>\n<p><em>Book sales a
 nd author signings will be offered&nbsp\;at the conclusion of the event.</
