\nTeresa Sullivan is a retired Family Nur se Practitioner whose career has been defined by a deep commitment to prev entive care\, patient education\, and community wellness. After decades of clinical practice\, she continues to expand her expertise in ways that en rich both her own life and the lives of those around her.
\nLast yea r\, Teresa completed the Master Gardener program\, blending her love of ga rdening with her passion for health. Earlier this year\, she added a 40â €‘hour &ldquo\;Food is Medicine&rdquo\; certification designed specifi cally for healthcare practitioners&mdash\;training that strengthened her l ong‑held belief in the old saying\, &ldquo\;you are what you eat.&r dquo\; Teresa brings a thoughtful\, evidence‑based perspective to t he connection between nutrition\, lifestyle\, and long‑term health.
