 Stamped Vellum</a></em></span>. For this technique you will need: Vellum s
 heet\, background stamp\, card stock\, embossing ink\, &amp\; embossing po
 wder\; the library has an anti-static bag &amp\; a heat gun plus a limited
  amount of embossing powder for you to use.</p>\n<p>Don't want to make thi
