In this discussion group\, we talk about v ideo games: their stories\, mechanics\, artwork\, music\, characters\, the mes\, personal connection\, impact on society\, etc. Share ideas\, learn a bout new games\, and build a community around our love of this interactive art form. Every month\, we&rsquo\;ll get together for an hour to talk abo ut a specific game we&rsquo\;ve played or some broader topic related to ga ming.

\n

This month&rsquo\;s topic is &ldquo\;Genre Study: Roguelike/ Roguelite.&rdquo\; Maybe you want to slay a spire. Maybe you want to bind Isaac. Play through a game or two in the genre\, then we&rsquo\;ll discuss what we think makes some Roguelike games immensely satisfying and others frustratingly unfun. Join us as we try to figure out what makes us want to try &ldquo\;just one more run&rdquo\; before bedtime.
