 come to submit a terrifying tale (1-3 pages) to delight and fright readers
  of all ages. Finalists will read their tales aloud if they wish\, or they
  can ask a librarian to read it. Hear all of the winners' stories\, take p
 hotos and enjoy light refreshments at our annual Eerie Imaginings award ce
 remony.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>Entry Window<br />Sept. 1st &ndash\; Oct. 1st</p>\n
 <p>Write an original spooky story. Fan fiction and borrowed ideas will be 
 disqualified. We want your creativity!<br />Keep it short &ndash\; max of 
 3 handwritten pages\, or 1 typed\, single spaced page.<br />Keep it clean 
 &ndash\; no extreme gore or violence<br />Submit your entry at any library
  branch or online using the submission link at the bottom of this page.</p
