Make a turtle out of two paper plates. Thi s item will be made to meet the requirements of the "Create and decorate a turtle using two paper plates" submissions for the Brooke-Alvinston and W atford Fall Fair\, in the Grade 1 and 2 category\, but all kids are welcom e to join in the crafting. All materials will be provided.
