  clinical RN having worked in a number of large medical centers in both Po
 rtland\, OR and Los Angeles. He started <strong>Save a Little Life</strong
 > 25 years ago in an effort to focus on newborn\, toddler and child relate
 d emergency response and continues to work with pediatricians\, midwives\,
  doulas and other health professionals to get his message out. He believes
  it&rsquo\;s crucial that parents\, family members and all care providers 
 assume the responsibility of seeing themselves as First Responders.&nbsp\;
