 n. Drop-in play will be held after the SECOND session\, at 11:45.</p>\n<p>
 <strong>On November 12\, a&nbsp\;representative from the Montgomery County
  Infants and Toddlers Program&nbsp\;will answer questions about your child
 &rsquo\;s development.</strong></p>\n<p>Come to Music &amp\; Movement at t
 he library!</p>\n<p>It's a cross between a storytime and a dance party.</p
 >\n<p>The program is targeted to toddlers and preschoolers. Babies are wel
 come at the program! But\, please know that we use recorded music and it w
 ill be louder and more high energy than our Baby Storytimes.</p>\n<p>Other
  than LOTS of singing and dancing\, we sometimes use props like scarves\, 
 ribbons\, and shakers. We always end with bubbles. And I will share a sing
 able book somewhere in the middle!</p>\n<p>Music and movement teach the ea
 rly literacy skills of listening and following directions\, anticipation\,
  and rhyming. Moving to music helps children exhaust pent-up energy\, buil
 ds self-confidence and a positive self-image.</p>\n<p>&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>Look
