  Level 2 requires a working knowledge of each of the seven skill groups: t
 echnology basics\, digital citizenship\, information management\, content 
 creation\, communication\, collaboration\, and safety and security.</p>\n<
 p>With an established Certiport account\, a computer with Windows 10 or 11
 \, an updated Chrome browser\, and an Internet speed of 10Mbps\, you can e
 arn this industry-recognized certification from your home or office comput
 er and distinguish yourself as a competent candidate for employment and as
