 following materials to complete the project:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fabric: A Fat 
 Quarter of 100% Cotton Fabric</li>\n<li>Batting*: 100% Cotton Batting <em>
 or </em>Insulerite Thermal Batting</li>\n<li>Thread: 100% Cotton Thread</l
 i>\n</ul>\n<p>*For heat protection\, several layers of 10 x 10 inch battin
 g squares are required. Ideally a layer of Insurerite sandwiched between t
 wo layers of cotton batting.</p>\n<p><strong><em>Note</em></strong>: Sewin
