X-ALT-DESC;FMTTYPE=text/html:<p>According to the CDC\, in 2023\, 24.3% of
adults had chronic pain. In this talk\, we will discuss natural reasons wh
y the body manifests pain\, what the healing process for pain may look lik
e\, strategies to cope with pain during the healing process\, and benefici
al attitudes that support pain relief. Some common areas of pain (such as
knee\, lower back\, shoulder\, neck\, headache) will be discussed from the
perspective of meridians running through those areas\, as well as organs
that pain can be referred from. This talk is also suitable for caregivers
and family members of those with chronic pain\, to learn more about how to
communicate with and support loved ones going through pain.</p>\n<p><a hr
