 gies for improving stability and preventing falls while out in the communi
 ty. Take control of your movement and stay safely on the go! After the tal
 k\, spend the rest of the hour enjoying a healthy walk and lively conversa
 tion.</p>\n<p>Please arrive 10 minutes before the walk. Meet us in Centenn
 ial Hall in the library. We will then move to the outdoor space at the Cen
 tral Park Rose Garden\, just opposite the south entrance\, facing New Stre
 et.</p>\n<p>Walking is a wonderful form of physical activity\, and we enco
 urage people of all walking abilities to participate in this event&mdash\;
 whether you complete the entire walk or join us for part of the journey. W
 alking devices\, mobility aids\, and walking companions are welcome. All p
 articipants must sign a waiver provided at the start of the walk.</p>\n<p>
