Join us for a beginner class for new or so on-to-be pet owners with pet care professional Wren Reeve!
\nOn Tues day\, August 4th\, Wren Reeve will teach us the basics of bringing home a new dog\, cat\, rodent\, lizard\, fish\, or bird. What environment must yo u create for your pet to thrive? What will they eat regularly\, what's onl y a treat\, and what do you need to keep away from your pet completely? Wh at qualifies as a pet emergency\, and what needs to be done when an emerge ncy happens? What are the typical costs associated with your pet? How can you help all your pets get along with each other? These questions and more will be answered...so you'll learn literally how to give your pets a happ y\, healthy life. \;
\nPlease note: this session is for humans o nly. Pets must wait at home for their humans to relay these messages. This session is built for young adults\, teens\, and tweens\, but all who can meaningfully participate are welcome to come share and learn.
