 /p>\n<p>Saltgrass Printmakers Community Project\, 2025&nbsp\;Inspired by t
he Surrealist drawing game Exquisite Corpse\, this&nbsp\;collaborative pri
 ntmaking project celebrates creativity\, chance\, and&nbsp\;community. In
the original game\, participants contribute to a drawing in&nbsp\;sequence
\, seeing only a fragment of the previous artist&rsquo\;s work and creatin
 g&nbsp\;unexpected visual connections.</p>\n<p>To reimagine this concept o
 n a larger scale\, Saltgrass Printmakers invited&nbsp\;local artists and c
ommunity members to carve individual 24" &times\; 24"&nbsp\;woodblocks in
honor of 2025\, the Chinese Year of the Snake. Each&nbsp\;participant was
given a designated starting and ending point\, allowing the&nbsp\;image to
flow continuously from one block to the next while leaving the&nbsp\;over
all composition unknown.&nbsp\;The blocks were printed together during a c
ommunity printing event\,&nbsp\;revealing for the first time a serpent sha
ped by many hands and&nbsp\;imaginations. The resulting work embodies coll
aboration\, surprise\, and the&nbsp\;endless possibilities that emerge whe
 n individual voices come together to&nbsp\;create a unified whole.</p>\n<p
 ><strong>Artist's Bio<br /></strong></p>\n<p>Saltgrass Printmakers is a no

rts by making it accessible to everyone.</p>\n<p>We offer hands-on classes
\, public workshops\, and open access to&nbsp\;professional printmaking eq
uipment\, promoting opportunities for people to&nbsp\;learn\, create\, and

 ed\, Saltgrass is a place to connect\, share ideas\, and explore&nbsp\;the
