Join us for a hands-on\, pond-focused fish ing adventure designed to spark curiosity and learning! This interactive p rogram introduces kids to the world of rainbow trout and the pond environm ents they live in through movement\, games\, and real-life demonstrations.
\nParticipants will learn the basics of fishing\, including how to safely hold a rod and practice casting through fun\, age-appropriate fishi ng games. We&rsquo\;ll explore the rainbow trout&rsquo\;s pond habitat\, d iscuss why clean and healthy waterways matter\, and walk through the full life cycle of a rainbow trout&mdash\;from egg to adult fish.
\nTo wr ap up the experience\, our staff will demonstrate how rainbow trout are re sponsibly cleaned and prepared\, paired with a mini biology lesson highlig hting trout anatomy and how each part helps the fish survive in its enviro nment. This portion is educational\, respectful\, and presented in a way t hat helps kids understand where food comes from and the importance of cons ervation.
