 aphy</p>\n<p>John Rose is a Full-Time Lecturer at Eastern Michigan Univers
 ity Department of Special Education &amp\; Communication Sciences and Diso
 rders. Mr.Rose is also the faculty advisor for the EMU Chapter of Best Bud
 dies and the EMU Chapter of Special Olympics Unified Sports. Mr.Rose worke
 d for 40 years at the Washtenaw Intermediate School District as a Teacher 
 Consultant\, Classroom Teacher and Teacher Assistant. Some recognition/ Aw
 ards -2025 Gold Medallion nomination for faculty advising. -2019 EMU Women
 &rsquo\;s Soccer Team&rsquo\;s MVP (Most Valuable Professor Award) -2018 S
 ervices for Blind Persons Achievement Honor Roll award -2017 C David Ander
 son Award from the Michigan Transition Services Award -2002 ARC of Michiga
 n Teacher of the Year Award Mr. Rose is passionate about providing inclusi
 ve opportunities for young adult students with developmental disabilities.
