 children and families attempting to access a variety of early learning and
  child care programs\, Early Years and Child Care (EYCC) Navigators help b
 y:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Share information about licensed child care in Waterloo 
 Region.</li>\n<li>Provide information on child care subsidies and assistin
 g families to apply for subsidy online.</li>\n<li>Assist families to apply
  for child care on the centralized registry (OneList Waterloo Region).</li
 >\n<li>Provide information and support with access to other resources\, in
 cluding\, but not limited to special needs resourcing support\,&nbsp\;Earl
 yON Child and Family Centres\, Public Health\, and other community service
 s.</li>\n<li>EYCC Navigators will meet families where they are. They can m
 eet with families in their neighbourhood\, at community centres\, librarie
 s\, while accessing other services\, and by phone or email. EYCC Navigator
