 nowledge on sound baths\, yoga\, meditation\, and energy work.&nbsp\; Thes
 e practices\, when done consistently can provide incredible benefits\, suc
 h as: stress reduction\, supporting the nervous system\, boosting immunity
 \, promoting better sleep\, and providing a sense of peace and calm. Nancy
  will also conduct a short sound bath. Nancy has had two training courses 
 in sound healing and has provided sound baths for four years.&nbsp\;</p>\n
 <p><br />Maddy Bowers will share her knowledge on practical\, evidence-bas
 ed strategies to help reduce discomfort\, improve mobility\, and stay acti
 ve doing the things you love. She will go over gentle exercises\, temperat
 ure therapy\, relaxation management techniques\, and more. Maddy is a lice
 nsed Physical Therapist and recent Doctor of Physical Therapy graduate fro
 m the University of North Dakota.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p>Sponsored by the Detroi
