This book club reads and discusses a wide range of fiction and non-fiction tha t reflects LGBTQIA+ experiences. We gather to chat and celebrate that thou gh historically they were often erased\, queer &\; trans stories have a lways existed\, everywhere!
\nThis month we will be discussing the y oung adult novel \;Cemetery Boys \;by Aiden Thomas\, in w hich "a trans boy determined to prove his gender to his traditional Latinx family summons a ghost who refuses to leave." \;
\nPlea se note that this month is a deviation from Pride &\; Joy's usual 2nd T uesday schedule! We normally meet at Pocket Dimension Boo kshoppe\, but this month\, since we're meeting a week late on October 20th \, we will be at Crush Wine Bar in Argenta.
