She is a nationally board-certi fied Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) and Certified Personal Trainer (N ASM-CPT) with a MS in Holistic Nutrition\, focusing professionally on Life style Medicine. Lisken is a long-time DUG volunteer\, gardener in several community gardens\, and has completed the Community Composter program.
