 iography etc.<br /><br /></p>\n<p>1. Bring a wrapped book to the program o
 r drop off unwrapped book between Dec 1st-7th and to be wrapped by library
  staff.</p>\n<p>2. Fill out a book card\, answering a few questions about 
 the book.</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cards will be available starting December 1st.</l
 i>\n</ul>\n<p>3. Books will be picked/stolen per 'White Elephant' gift exc
 hange rules.</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Rules will be available for anyone not familia
