Real Talks are a meetup to discuss difficu lt\, contemporary\, and complex issues.

\n

Teens are invited to the L oft to enjoy a quick talk on this month's topic\, before the floor opens f or questions and discussion.

\n

We want to be vulnerable\, well resea rched\, and real with you about what's going on in your world. We also wan t you to feel at ease to ask difficult questions\, without fear of censors hip. To maintain the safety and assurance required for this kind of discus sion\, we have a few ground rules for the group which will be reviewed at the top of every meeting and which boil down to two points: let your words be kind\, and let your information be founded in well researched facts.&n bsp\;

\n

Ages 13-18. No registration required. Email Jenna at \;j jones@nlrlibrary.org \;for more information.
