Families with children ages 1&ndash\;3 who have developmental concerns or who are receiving Early Intervention servi ces are invited to join us for this welcoming\, drop-in playgroup.
\nChildren will explore hands-on activities designed to encourage motor dev elopment\, language growth\, social interaction\, and learning through pla y in a supportive\, inclusive environment.
\nWhile children play\, c aregivers can connect with a representative from AOK (All Our Kids) Kane C ounty to learn about developmental milestones and receive assistance compl eting a free ASQ Online developmental screening. The Ages &\; Stages Qu estionnaires (ASQ) help families better understand their child's developme nt and can identify areas where additional support may be beneficial.
\ nThrough AOK Kane County's coordinated screening and referral system\, families can more easily access developmental resources and services while community partners work together to provide timely support for young chil dren.
