  countries in the world\, a distinction many Danes attribute to hygge (pro
 nounced HOO-gah). A hygge lifestyle embraces simple practices that promote
  comfort\, peace and well-being. Key elements include warm lighting\, cozy
  textures and welcoming fragrances\, such as the smell of freshly baked co
 okies.</p>\n<p>Hygge is also about slowing down and making time to rest an
 d recharge. Whether enjoying a fika (coffee break)\, reading in a quiet no
 ok\, limiting screen time or savoring everyday moments\, the focus is on b
 eing present. It also emphasizes meaningful connections through family gam
 e nights\, conversations with friends and shared meals. Just as importantl
 y\, hygge encourages people to embrace their inner child by nurturing curi
 osity and joy.</p>\n<p>In this program\, participants will enjoy cookies a
 nd hot drinks while exploring practical ways to incorporate hygge into dai
 ly life. The session will introduce additional resources for those interes
 ted in learning more about the philosophy. Participants will also make Hav
 regrynskugler\, a traditional Danish no-bake cookie\, to take home and sha
