 aryland STEM Festival! We will be learning about electricity through build
 ing squishy circuits. This hands-on program will&nbsp\;provide children wi
 th the opportunity to use their critical thinking and&nbsp\;problem-solvin
 g skills to achieve a result.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>This program is designed for 
 children 8 years old and above. Per the Guidelines Governing the Use of Mo
 ntgomery County Public Libraries\, children under 8 years of age must be a
 ccompanied by an adult.</p>\n<p><strong><em>Registration is required for t
 his program. Registration will be forfeit ten minutes after the start of t
 he program.</em></strong></p>\n<p><br />We will provide all the materials 
 for this program.</p>\n<p>This program is generously sponsored by Science
