 hop is an interactive early literacy program for new and expectant parents
 . In this interactive program\, you will learn about supporting your baby'
 s development with books\, songs\, rhymes\, and fun activities you and bab
 y can do together.&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;<br /><br />This workshop will run 
 approximately one hour\, with an optional 30 minutes after the workshop fo
 r socialization with other participants\, and for interaction with library
  staff and other county services. We encourage you to arrive 10 minutes ea
 rly to get comfortable with the space.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>Registration is requ
 ired\, and space is limited to expectant parents and families with babies 
 0-4 months old: <strong>only one registration per family is necessary to r
 eserve your spot.</strong> Please register just once for all three session
 s.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>Families who attend will receive a FREE tote bag that in
 cludes a book\, a toy\, and a song book!&nbsp\; &nbsp\;</p>\n<p>This three
 -session series is designed for expectant families and babies 0-4 months a
 nd their parents/guardians. Each interactive session is designed to stimul
 ate babies' learning process\, and each session builds on the previous ses
 sion.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>Each session will have a different focus for families
 :&nbsp\;&nbsp\;</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Session 1: Baby&rsquo\;s Brain 11/5/2026</l
 i>\n<li>Session 2: Read\, Talk and Sing with Baby 11/12/2026</li>\n<li>Ses
 sion 3: Building a Routine 11/19/2026</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>FUN FACTS:</
 strong> Reading and singing help your baby's brain and language developmen
 t. Reciting nursery rhymes and singing songs help your baby get ready to r
 ead. Babies who have been exposed to books and reading grow up to become c
 hildren who perform better in school.&nbsp\;&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>This workshop 
 is made possible with the help of the <a href="https://folmc.org/">Friends
  of the Library\, Montgomery County</a> and <a href="https://mgol.net/">Mo
