\ nAbout the Presenters:
\nKelly Draggoo and There sa Busher are Public Affairs Specialists for the Social Security Administr ation. Together they serve as outreach coordinators\, communication office rs\, and public educators for the Social Security offices located across C entral and Southern Ohio\, as well as parts of Eastern Indiana. Both have a background in Social Security claims processing\, and experience with al l Social Security benefit programs\, including retirement\, disability\, a nd SSI.
\nKelly Draggoo \;joined Social Securit y in 2009 as a claims specialist\, and joined the Public Affairs team in 2 018. She has served on both regional and national Social Security work gro ups\, in addition to her public affairs role. Kelly received her Bachelor& rsquo\;s Degree from the University of Cincinnati and is a native of Cinci nnati\, Ohio. \;
\nTheresa Busher \;has wor ked for Social Security for over 30 years and has over 25 years in the pub lic affairs position. She resides in the south Dayton area with her husban d\, Ed. They have five children\, four young adults and one high school ju nior. Theresa has a Bachelor&rsquo\;s Degree from Miami University.
\n< p>Becky Hayward is the Outreach and Education Supervisor for OSHIIP &ndash\; the Ohio Senior Health Insurance Information Program - a division of the Ohio Department of Insurance. \; OSHIIP provides fr ee\, objective\, unbiased Medicare information and assistance to people on Medicare in Ohio and their caregivers. \;Becky \;joined OSHIIP in 2006. \;\nBecky \;manages a team of 7 community liaisons w ho travel the state of Ohio educating Medicare beneficiaries\, caregivers and over 500 volunteers. Becky \;is part of the OSHIIP speaker&rsquo\; s bureau which addresses issues pertaining to Medicare including Medicare Parts A\, B\, D\, Medicare Advantage and Medicare Supplemental Insurance.< /p>\n
