 ! This fashion accessory is a great introduction into making hats and a gr
 eat way to recycle flannel. Must have some sewing and sewing machine exper
 ience\, but is still beginner-friendly.&nbsp\;Perfect for fashion and for 
 costumes.&nbsp\;Please note this workshop is two sessions long.&nbsp\;</p>
 \n<p><strong>Attendees will need to either bring a large flannel shirt to 
 upcycle (or a half yard of flannel type fabric)\, a half yard of lightweig
 ht cotton fabric for lining\, and matching all-purpose thread.</strong> A 
 sewing machine\, tools\, and pattern will be provided.</p>\n<p><strong></s
