 should be submitted to the Circulation Desk&nbsp\;anytime&nbsp\;during the
  week of November 22 up to Sunday\, November 29\, 2026. Please include pre
 ferred name\, age\, phone and address along with gingerbread house at drop
  off.</p>\n<p>Westlake Porter Public Library reserves the right to refuse 
 any entry deemed inappropriate for display.&nbsp\;</p>\n<h3>Guidelines</h3
 >\n<h4>Size</h4>\n<p>Each gingerbread house must be on a base that does no
 t exceed<strong>&nbsp\;12 inches in width\, 12 inches in depth\, and 18 in
 ches in height.</strong> The base needs to be covered with foil or decorat
 ed to compliment the gingerbread scene. This size limitation is to ensure 
 that the houses fit well within our designated display area.&nbsp\;&nbsp\;
 </p>\n<h4>Materials</h4>\n<p>Gingerbread houses should be constructed prim
 arily from edible materials. Traditional gingerbread\, royal icing\, candi
 es\, and edible decorations are encouraged. While non-edible support struc
 tures are acceptable for stability purposes\, they should be discreet and 
 not visible on the finished gingerbread house.</p>\n<h3>Pick Up</h3>\n<p>A
 ll gingerbread houses should be picked up between January 1 and 8\, 2027. 
 Any gingerbread houses not picked up by these times will be discarded. Spe
