 r individuals and families affected by substance misuse whether through pe
 rsonal experience or the loss of a loved one to honor their journey\, reme
 mber those they have lost\, and find a space for healing.</p>\n<p>"Creativ
 e Hearts" celebrates the creativity and artistic expression that so many p
 eople embrace throughout their recovery journey.</p>\n<p>This special even
 t will feature:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Community resource fair with local organiza
 tions</li>\n<li>Inspiring guest speakers sharing stories of hope and recov
 ery</li>\n<li>Live music and performances</li>\n<li>Memorial lantern-makin
 g activity to honor loved ones</li>\n<li>Family-friendly activities for al
 l ages</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br />The memorial lanterns will serve as symbols o
 f love\, remembrance\, and resilience. With participants permission\, they
  will be displayed at the Central Library on "International Overdose Aware
