  volunteers who meet regularly with a librarian to offer input on library 
 services and to co-design library programs. Create programs to meet the ne

 n and goals. Join now to help shape what the library does in your communit
 y!</p>\n<p>&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>Monthly meetings start the first Monday in Octo
 ber (October 5th\; November 2nd\; December 7th\; etc.) from 5-6pm. TAB is 
 open to ages 14-18. Teens can earn community service hours for participati
 ng\; this includes existing volunteers too! TAB volunteer applications can
  be submitted before the first meeting in October or at the October meetin
 g! Existing teen volunteers do not need to submit a TAB volunteer applicat
 ion.</p>\n<p>&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>By participating in a Teen Advisory Board\, y
 ou will:</p>\n<p>1. Learn 21st Century Skills\, including creativity\, col
 laboration\, communication\, leadership\, and social skills</p>\n<p>2. Und
 erstand the library&rsquo\;s mission and values and how the library works 
 with the community</p>\n<p>3. Become invested in your community to create 
 positive change</p>\n<p>4. Teen Advisory Board members practice group deci
