 ://strongstart.ca/programs/baby-connections/" target="_blank" rel="noopene
 r">Baby Connections</a> is a program unique to Waterloo Region that helps 
 families develop literacy and language skills with their little ones. Part
 icipants will receive a kit of resources designed to encourage continued l
 earning and fun at home.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>The program has been specifically 
 designed for parents/caring adults and their young babies (6-12 months of 
 age) by&nbsp\;<a href="https://strongstart.ca/" target="_blank" rel="noope
 ner">Strong Start</a>. Babies in the program should be new to the&nbsp\;Ba
 by Connections&nbsp\;program to help provide equitable access to everyone.
 </p>\n<p><strong>This program is part of a series. There are 4 sessions ta
 king place on Saturdays: September 12\, 26\, October 10 and 24.</strong></
 p>\n<p>We kindly remind you that registrations will be removed if the regi
 stered person does not meet the program&rsquo\;s specified age requirement
 s.</p>\n<p>Early Learning Programs for young children at WPL are based on 
 literacy research and include tips and information for parents and caregiv
 ers. Your active participation in these programs will maximize the experie
 nce for you and your child.&nbsp\;</p>\n<hr />\n<p><strong>Photography Not
