\, art and music\, Angelica brings a grounded approach to supporting creat
ivity and curiosity. \;Offering practical techniques for \;accessi
ng and sustaining a creative flow state\, Angelica will address obstacles
many people \;face: anxiety\, decision paralysis\, screen fatigue\, an
d the loss of joy in making. The workshop includes guided \;breathing
practice\, a live performance demo\, and discussion about creative process
