Step 2: When the a pplication is complete and you have paid the $120 fee for a five-year memb ership validity\, you will receive a Membership/ PASSID number\, and your application will then go into &ldquo\;pending approval&rdquo\; status.

Step 3: Once you have been conditionally approved\, you will receive a confirmation email that will provide additional instruc tions on how to schedule your interview. &ldquo\;Broward County Library Ho llywood Branch" will be under the Florida locations.
