 ng></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be a registered voter.</li>\n<li>Have resided in the Li
 brary District for at least one year before filing their petition for nomi
 nation.</li>\n<li>Not be delinquent in paying real estate taxes or have ot
 her indebtedness to the Library District.</li>\n<li>Not have a conviction 
 for any felony or infamous crime.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br /><strong>Petitions 
 must include:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 50 signatures from register
 ed voters who reside within the Library District.</li>\n<li>A receipt from
  the County Clerk indicating that a Statement of Economic Interests has be
 en filed for this office.</li>\n<li>Petitions may be filed during normal 9
 am-5pm administration hours between Monday\, Nov. 16\, at 9am and Monday\,
