White Oak Library's Wild Readers Book Club is the place to be for newly or almost independent readers in grades 2 &a mp\; 3. Pick up your copy of the book then come to the meeting to talk abo ut it with other kids.
\nYou can pick up your book at the meeting\, or ask for one at White Oak Library Checkout Desk thereafter. Most titles are also available electronically as well.
\nRead the book on your o wn\, then come ready to discuss the book and play a game or do another fun activity.
\nThis is an independent learning experience. Par ents and caregivers will not be present in the program room but must remai n in the library building during the program. Please meet your reader down stairs at 5:45 PM. \;
\nLibrary Program Attendance (bot h virtual and in the branch) is limited to participants within the suggest ed age range of the program. Children attending an MCPL program under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult. Adults attending a program inten ded for children must have an accompanying child.
