 offering a free\, confidential legal name change clinic with guidance\, re
 sources\, and support for Maryland residents of all ages! The clinic date 
 is Saturday\, August 29\, 2026\, 2 PM - 4 PM at Brigadier General Charles 
 E. McGee Library. The program will take place in the 3rd Floor Meeting Roo
 m. Walk-ins are welcome\, but registration is encouraged!</strong></p>\n<p

 rvice request form</a>.&nbsp\;Attendees should note in the intake form tha
 t they will be participating in "McGee Library's Name Change Clinic."&nbsp
 \;You will need to provide a Birth Certificate or a State-Issued ID and pr
 ovide a Maryland address where you are comfortable receiving court-issued

 p>Library Program Attendance (both virtual and in the branch) is limited t
 o participants within the suggested age range of the program. Children att
 ending an MCPL program under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult.
