 <ul>\n<li>This performance opportunity is for young people under 20\; all 
 ages can welcome in the audience.</li>\n<li>Performer(s) should arrive bet
 ween 5:00pm-5:30pm to sign up\, and performances start at 5:30pm.</li>\n<l
 i>Each performer will have a TOTAL of 10 minutes to set up and perform -- 
 tune BEFORE your set\, be prepared to start right away\, and limit convers
 ation on stage to maximize your time.&nbsp\; If you are a musician\, 10 mi
 nutes/2 songs.</li>\n<li>The PA system will provide 3 vocal microphones an
 d 3 instrument lines. Acoustic instruments only\, except if you bring a ke
 yboard (and stand).&nbsp\; Hand percussion only.</li>\n<li>All songs and m
 usic is to be performed live\; no tracks (phones) allowed.</li>\n<li>This 
 is a family-friendly event.&nbsp\; No profanity and no derogatory or defam
 atory language will be tolerated.</li>\n<li>Participants may only perform 
 in one time slot.</li>\n<li>Please be quiet and respectful of other perfor
 mers while you wait and after your set.</li>\n<li>Performances may be reco
