 <ul>\n<li>This performance opportunity is for young people 18 and under\; 
 all ages can welcome in the audience.</li>\n<li>Performer(s) should arrive
  between 5:00pm-5:30pm to sign up\, and performances start at 5:30pm.</li>
 \n<li>Each performer will have a TOTAL of 10 minutes to set up and perform
  -- tune BEFORE your set\, be prepared to start right away\, and limit con
 versation on stage to maximize your time.&nbsp\; If you are a musician\, 1
 0 minutes/2 songs.</li>\n<li>The PA system will provide 3 vocal microphone
 s and 3 instrument lines. Acoustic instruments only\, except if you bring 
 a keyboard (and stand).&nbsp\; Hand percussion only.</li>\n<li>All songs a
 nd music is to be performed live\; no tracks (phones) allowed.</li>\n<li>T
 his is a family-friendly event.&nbsp\; No profanity and no derogatory or d
 efamatory language will be tolerated.</li>\n<li>Participants may only perf
 orm in one time slot.</li>\n<li>Please be quiet and respectful of other pe
 rformers while you wait and after your set.</li>\n<li>Performances may be
